As technical advisors, TLM reviewed the program for cost savings and VE items. Discovering some inconsistencies with trade packages, we were able to assist the Project Team in realizing close to $40 million in savings in achieving a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the expansion of their existing data center, as well as the building of a new redundantsite. Currently this is the largest data center program in Canada. TLM has also assisted with feasibility studies in the US as well as the UK  and continues to provide oversight on their domestic data center program.
