This project is a Tier IV Data Center, with accompanying office space. The Uptime Institute Tier IV classification requires that the Data Center complex be able to operate 24/7/365 and, by means of fully-redundant Mechanical and Electrical systems, be able to withstand any potentially disabling natural or manmade disaster. Project highlights include a  230 kV High Voltage Substation, an enclosure housing 14 high-capacity diesel-fueled generators  for emergency power (10 are 3,000 kva, 4 are 2,500 kva), an office building, with main lobby and Command Center wing, a one story enclosed  parking lot for approximately 100 cars, and a surface parking lot for approximately 260 cars.
