ABOUT TLM
TLM Group has been a providing premier Owner Representation and Project Management services since 1999. We provide dedicated services to a wide range of clients in the mission critical, financial, educational, non-profit, corporate and healthcare industries. We are leaders in the data center construction industry around the world but we are more than data centers.
TLM Group offers the highest level of non-partisan project management services for the construction projects beginning at the conceptual planning phases and continuing through to the completion of the project.
The TLM Group team consists of project managers that are dedicated engineers and architects that have worked on an extensive range of construction projects. Our team has a diverse background with experience in general construction, facilities management, information technology, engineering, architecture, and design, with enables us to manage a wide variety of projects.
We have managed projects on small budgets of $50,000 to large mega data centers with a budget of $1 Billion. We understand our client’s needs and goals and work with all consultants, contractors, and vendors to establish and reach all project milestones.
